5.1 Product Information

6 - Triistore purchase process

6.1 Registration

7 - Warranty

8 – Returns and right of free termination of the contract

8.1 Right of free termination:
The consumer has a period of 14 days from the day he acquires physical possession of the goods or from the day he acquires physical possession of the last good, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to proceed the return of your order, and without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 10 of DL nº 24/2014, of 14 February.

8.2 Return Conditions in the event of contract termination:

1.Articles with no sign of undue use, and whose handling in no case exceeds what is usually permitted in a commercial establishment under the terms and for the purposes of paragraph 3 of article 13 and paragraph 2 of article .º 14 of Decree-Law 24/2014 of 14/02.
2.Return of the complete article, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition.
3.Return Deadline: Up to the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery, pursuant to the provisions of number 1 of article 10 of Decree-Law 24/2014, of 14 February.

They are excluded from the right to terminate the contract, and the consumer cannot freely terminate the following contracts:
– Supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or manifestly customized;
– Supply of goods that, by nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or quickly become out of date;
– Supply of sealed goods not subject to return, for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery;
– Supply of goods that, after delivery and by nature, are inseparably mixed with other products;
– Providing sealed audio or video recordings or computer programs, which the consumer has removed the inviolability guarantee seal after delivery;
– Supply of newspaper, periodical or magazine, with the exception of subscription contracts for the sending of these publications.

8.3 Return Policy at Triistore Stores
If you have purchased an item in a Triistore physical store:
– Submit the invoice
– The item must not show signs of use and must be accompanied by the original packaging, the instruction manual and respective accessories and/or consumables.

Be aware, however, that not all items are covered by the physical store returns policy. Exception products are:
– Items with home delivery;
– Personal hygiene items;
– Computer software and hardware;
– Gaming and entertainment titles (includes games, movies, CDs and books);
– Rolls or any used consumable items;
– Mobile phones;
– Triistore ticket office;
– Items with activation in the box (includes download and experience cards).

8.4 Refund Terms

In the case of a return in which the item complies with the return conditions, the refund of the value of your purchase will be made through the same payment method that was used by the consumer in the initial purchase and which does not incur costs for the consumer, after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, with Triistore having a period of up to 14 days for this purpose. The amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded, not including the refund of postage, if applicable.

The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he informed Triistore of the decision to terminate the contract, having to bear the costs of returning the goods.

These general conditions and all contracts that may be entered into under it are governed by Portuguese law.
